TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PRE-ORDER:
Delivery: The Customer agrees that the E-Cat SKLep NGU plant will be delivered only if Leonardo Corporation collects orders for at least 1,000,000 (one million) units, combining E-Cat SKLeps and MiniSKLeps, where 10 MiniSKLelps account for 1 SKLep . Leonardo Corporation will inform the Customer when the deliveries will begin. If the target of orders for 1,000,000 ( one million) units is not reached, this order will be void.
Shipment: Leonardo Corporation will inform the Customer the day before the shipment.
Payment: The payment must be made before shipping.
Right of withdrawal: The Customer has 60 days after the delivery to return the E-Cat SKLep NGU plant if it does not correspond to the here published data-sheet. The refund will be immediately made after Leonardo Corporation receives the returned ECAT SKLep integer, without broken or tampered with parts. If the ECAT SKLep NGU reports broken or tampered with parts, Leonardo Corporation will not refund the broken or tampered with ECAT SKLep NGU unit and will not be liable for any consequence derived from the tampered with body or caused by disregard of the instructions of use contained in the manual.
Warranty: At the delivery of the ECAT SKLep NGU the Customer will receive the 3 years warranty and the certification of third independent party for the efficiency and the safety of the E-Cat SKLep NGU, together with the instruction manual.
Warnings: The Customer is not allowed to disassemble or to modify the E-Cat SKLep NGU in any way and any modification or disassembling and reassembling will cancel the warranty. The Customer is aware of the fact that the E–CAT technology has been patented.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: This order shall be construed and enforced under the laws of the State of Florida (USA), without regards to the conflicts of law principles. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this order shall be settled exclusively by the Court of Miami, Florida, USA.
Nonbinding Nature of Pre-order: There is no cost to to place a pre-order. A pre-order can be canceled at any time. Placing a pre-order for any E-Cat products does not obligate the Customer to place an order when products are available for delivery. There is no penalty or any other negative consequence if the Customer does not turn the pre-order into a regular order.
