The E-Cat NGU 2 KW generator is a power source producing up to 2000 watts of electric power continuously for at least 100,000 hours. This assembly is made up of 20 x 100 W E-Cat NGU cells preassembled by Leonardo Corporation. It does not need to be connected to any external power source or fuel source to operate; it runs in self-sustaining mode (SSM).
The output of E-Cat NGU is DC electricity. To produce AC, an inverter is required. The cost of the inverter is not included in the price.
Important note: Before making any kind of connection to the power grid with an E-Cat NGU generator, it is necessary to obtain the authorization of the grid authority, and it is necessary that the connection is made by a certified contractor authorized to make any kind of connection with the grid.

Electricity generation: 2000 Wh/h. Voltage is set based on the request of the customer. If it is necessary to use a step-up or step-down voltage converter, or an inverter, these will be supplied by Leonardo Corporation as optional purchases, or they can be bought directly by the customer.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PRE-ORDER:
Delivery: The Customer agrees that the E-Cat NGU 2 kW will be delivered only if Leonardo Corporation collects orders for at least the equivalent of 1,000,000 (one million) 100 W units, combining E-Cat NGU 100 W and E-Cat NGU 10W. Leonardo Corporation will inform the Customer when the deliveries will begin. If the target of orders for 1,000,000 ( one million) units is not reached, this order will be void.
Shipment: Leonardo Corporation will inform the Customer the day before the shipment.
Payment: The payment must be made before shipping.
Right of withdrawal: The Customer has 60 days after the delivery to return the E-Cat NGU 2 kW generator if it does not correspond to the here published data-sheet. The refund will be immediately made after Leonardo Corporation receives the returned ECAT integer, without broken or parts that have been tampered with. If the ECAT NGU reports broken or tampered with parts, Leonardo Corporation will not refund the broken or tampered with ECAT NGU unit and will not be liable for any consequence derived from the tampered with body or caused by disregard of the instructions of use contained in the manual.
Warranty: At the delivery of the ECAT NGU the Customer will receive the 3 years warranty and the certification of third independent party for the efficiency and the safety of the E-Cat NGU, together with the instruction manual.
Warnings: The Customer is not allowed to disassemble or to modify the E-Cat NGU in any way and any modification or disassembling and reassembling will cancel the warranty. The Customer is aware of the fact that the E–CAT technology has been patented.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: This order shall be construed and enforced under the laws of the State of Florida (USA), without regards to the conflicts of law principles. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this order shall be settled exclusively by the Court of Miami, Florida, USA.
Nonbinding Nature of Pre-order: There is no cost to place a pre-order. A pre-order can be canceled at any time. Placing a pre-order for any E-Cat products does not obligate the Customer to place an order when products are available for delivery. There is no penalty or any other negative consequence if the Customer does not turn the pre-order into a regular order.
